Their work will attribute an instant familiarity and impart a level of recognisability all while being expertly executed and will be the standard when defining top-level creative work. The winner will have significantly raised the bar, creating trends and defining campaigns across the industry, as well as inspiring new ways of engaging the audience.

Criteria 1:

An individual that has produced over the past 12 months exceptional creative work, includes work across graphic, audio, visual and/or motion design.

Criteria 2:

The creative will have had a significant impact on the esports industry, enhancing the wider esports product.

Criteria 3:

At the forefront of their respective field consistently displaying work of the highest technical quality.

A team that has produced over the past 12 months exceptional creative work across some of the most notable campaigns in esports. Includes work across various mediums including graphic design, audio and visual design.

Criteria 2:

The creative team will have had a significant impact on the esports industry, enhancing the wider esports product.

Criteria 3:

At the forefront of their respective field consistently displaying work of the highest technical quality.

Esports Cosplay of the Year

The Esports Cosplay of the Year honours a piece of cosplay that is truly breathtaking, recognising all those involved in the design, conceptualization, creation and portrayal of the piece. The finished article will have been presented to the community in the form of video or stream, photography, or a cosplay competition during the previous 12 months. The quality of the cosplay will be unmatched by peers, with unbelievable attention to detail, almost exact likeness to the character it portrays whilst also exhibiting a spark of originality. When the piece is adorned it will be nearly impossible to tell the difference between the character and the cosplayer.

Criteria 1:

Anyone who has created an esports related cosplay costume and displayed it to the community in a competition, photography, stream or video during the previous year.

Criteria 2:

Created a costume that perfectly matches the look of their chosen character.

Criteria 3:

Created a costume that is of high quality, showcasing impeccable crafting skills and originality.

Esports Content of the Year

Esports Content of the Year honours a piece of content that significantly raised the bar for esports content over the past year. From behind the scenes documentaries, to in depth analytical dissections of in game action, the esports world has seen it’s fair share of incredible content, but this award is for the very best of the last year. It could be a technical masterclass, a gripping tale that keeps fans hooked or something we have never seen before, but one thing is for sure, it will be remembered for years and have you glued to your seat as you experience it. The Content can be in the form of video, visual, audio, podcast or more – ultimately celebrating content in any form.

Award Criteria

Criteria 1:

A piece of content from the previous 12 months that primarily focuses on the world of esports.

Criteria 2:

The content will have reached a significant audience during the past year and kept them engaged.

Criteria 3:

Pushes the bar in terms of quality, expectations and storytelling.
